Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Twentyfifty Data Collection ("the Service", "we", "us"), including our website, web dashboard and mobile apps. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use the Service for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service lets organisations design surveys and assessments, assign researchers to collect responses in the field (including audio, files and location), review the responses, and analyse the results with charts, maps, exports and AI-generated insights.
2. Accounts and roles
- Accounts are created by registration or by invitation from an organisation. You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
- What you can see and do depends on your role (for example researcher, lead researcher, admin) and your organisation's settings. Organisation admins are responsible for who they invite and what access they grant.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live, and at least 16.
3. Your data and your responsibilities
Organisations and researchers own the survey content they collect, and are responsible for it. You agree that you will:
- only collect personal information you are legally allowed to collect, with any consent, notice or approval that the law, your ethics review or your funder requires;
- explain clearly to respondents who you are, what you are collecting and why, and that taking part is voluntary;
- take particular care with sensitive information, and with respondents who could face harm if identified, such as workers reporting on their employer;
- not record audio, images or location of anyone who has not agreed to it.
You give us permission to host, process and display your content only as needed to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of it.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- break the law or violate the rights of others, or use the Service to harass, intimidate or endanger respondents or researchers;
- submit false, fabricated or deliberately misleading responses, or tamper with review records;
- access data of organisations you do not belong to, or try to bypass access controls;
- probe, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or introduce malware;
- share your credentials, or resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
- upload content you do not have the right to share.
We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe these rules have been broken.
5. AI-generated insights
Summaries and chat answers are generated automatically from aggregated results and can be incomplete or wrong. They are an aid to analysis, not professional advice or a finding of fact. Check them against the underlying data before you rely on or publish them. Please do not enter personal information into the insights chat.
6. Plans and payment
Some features may depend on a subscription plan, which sets limits such as the number of surveys per month and team members. If your organisation buys a paid plan, the price, billing interval and limits shown at purchase apply, and fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. We will give notice before changing the price of an existing plan.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it in line with these terms. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.
8. Privacy and account deletion
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time using the data deletion request form. Deleting an account does not by itself remove survey data that belongs to an organisation.
9. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Field data collection depends on your device and connectivity, so please keep your app up to date and submit or back up responses promptly. We may change or discontinue features, and will try to give notice of changes that significantly affect you.
10. Ending your use
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your organisation ends your membership, or if we must do so by law. Sections that by their nature should continue will survive, including those on your responsibilities, intellectual property, liability and disputes.
11. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of data, profits or reputation, or for harm arising from how organisations collect and use survey data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will revise the date above, and notify account holders of material changes in the app or by email. Using the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
